Why is the casino network tied into the office network??? You can easily run 1000 slot machines (or a hotel) on a network of it's own. Two or 3 people may have the rights to VPN in. I wonder if they used Bali or IGT software. I bet Bali because everything is IP based (includes the slots) and IGT segregates and the slots are connected on a serial link, which means the slots will always run (from it's server), and if you setup your network properly, then the casino stills runs and nobody cares about the 'hack' at the office.

What are your sources that show that the attackers compromised a person who had okta global admin privileges? ...I haven't seen one tweet or written article with verified person on proof that that was how the hackers got credentials to start the attack?
