Spring has arrived at Brent Eleigh Walled Garden.
Merriel and Charlie are getting busy with sowing and planting the seedlings in the fresh soil.
The cultivation of the micro herbs, especially produced for Novikov Restaurant & Bar is one of their tasks they are proud of.
One glasshouse and 2 polytunnels are designed to keep the growing of micro herbs in best conditions.
