Bro Thanks a TON! My book showed the midpoint average method without explaining WHY. It left me so confused! I looked at it and it felt off. Thanks to you I understand WHY. Thank you!

many thanks for your explanation, very clear. Would you be so kind to help me with a doubt? When determining whether a product is elastic or inelastic, which interval of the curve should I consider? because if I take it up the curve, I get a value. I f I take the interval down the curve, I obtain a different value. thanks

i have multiplied both by 100 but still, we have the same answer like 2/11x100 =18.18% -2/3x100 = -66.67% 18.18%/-66.67 = | -0.27 | = 0.27% - price elasticity of demand

hello! i tried doing your formula but i am not getting the right answer. we also have some what of a different problem. i was presented with a table. The table starts with $2.50 - 0, $2.25 - 25, $2.00 - 50 and so on and so forth. it is asking me what is the price elasticity of demand between $2.50 and $2.25. the answer is -19 but i do not know how to find it. can you help? thank you!
