Well Malta is a real contender as well, if one were to count the maghreb region as being middle eastern which it is culturally - Malta is another EU member, has architecture very similar to Italy and uses the latin alphabet

1. Israel, since its literally an apartheid state with European settlers 2. Cyprus, literally in the European union 3. Turkey, part of Istanbul is in Europe and culture is influenced by Europe a bit 4. Levantine Arab countries especially Lebanon and Syria, they are also influenced by Europe a bit.
