I think she had problems with her ear monitor. Maybe the volume was too low so she just could not keep in the the key.

Replying here, because I think you're right for this video. *However* if you go look up these songs in other more recent concerts you can see a fanastic amount of improvement. This was right about the time when they finally got the 5-person band that they have now, and I'm not sure what they did since then but the more recent recordings sound fantastic. Also phone mics are horrible. But in general the recent concerts sound of better mixing, better vocals, and in general sound like a band whos finally found their groove.
