I don't understand how this only has 107k views. And I think I might seriously be 1% of all the views on here. Just a masterpiece of a song by The Midnight, and a masterful remix of this song by Dark Smoke Signal. The huge range of emotions felt at the same time while listening to this is like a worldclass cook that can make you taste a wide range of flavors with just 1 bite. Definitely in my top 5 favorite songs of all time!

I wonder if people realize just how tragic this video-the story of K and Joi from Bladerunner 2049-a replicant and an AI. The love K felt from Joi is always in question on whether it's just a program or reality. Eventually, he feels like it's real, only for it to be taken away from him in an instant. And then he sees an ad for the same AI companion. The song almost works as sort of a snapshot of hope, trying desperately to hold on to the memory of this love and companionship.
