what am i doing with my life...why am i here..im just floating along wasting time..smh. Im not suicidal or anything im just lost..alone yet have a loving family and close friends, yet im bored with life..i don't see the point anymore. Unsatisfied and empty. Addicted to a substance and a year since me and my ex broke up, the only thing i do nowadays is train my ass off weight lifting, doing lots of cardio, and getting lots of sleep each night..can't bring myself to finish school/college..can't seem to bring myself to do anything else like get ready to go bass fishing or drawing or even playing video games..i find myself sitting here listening to music and just wasting time. I enjoy cooking but even then i find myself overeating and not sticking to my goals. I lack any empathy and remorse and i dont even know if i am capable of loving. Seeing how i cheated on all my exes id say i can't or don[t deserve it. I wish i could fall asleep and just dream forever..

Keep doing everything you love to do! I have been in places similar to what you're feeling.... It is one of the worst ruts to be in because even though you're doing everything correctly, sometimes your mind doesn't allow you to break through. It does take some time, but regardless of what has been dragging you down now, sooner than you know it all of that pain will fade away and you will feel an overwhelming amount of relief once it does! Keep your head up, stay active, keep yourself distracted with a fun and healthy lifestyle. All of this will be a thing of the past, I promise

@Nick yes! I'm actually doing a lot better! Finally made up my mind and started tapering off that medication that I'm addicted to. Found out it was causing most of my sleep issues. After cutting down from a whole to a half a day I don't get up as often throughout the night and now I'm getting more uninterrupted sleep and better deep sleep which is making me feel so much better overall! I'm doing a lot of cooking and exercising and dialing in my nutrition and in bed by 9pm and awake by 6am Doing a lot better thanks for asking!
