There is no button that revives anyone anymore since they've all been used. Remember that Max is now working for the Cog Army and that any of the buttons he makes will now be used to harm the heroes. This also means that Junkyard Dog's cameo exists only to get the audience excited for something they may never see. It's a pretty clever move, if you ask me.
