Thank you for uploading this, MissMoreMusic! This was one of the first videos I watched when I was just becoming a big Milk Carton Kids fan. I admire how well-organized your channel is, with both the playlist of individual songs and the long film of the whole concert, and the businesslike suggestion to switch to HD lol - seriously, you're doing all the work to make it as convenient for viewers as possible.

Thank you so much for your comment. And yes, it is a good idea to go via the playlists to also ad able to watch songs of concerts that are not put on public view. This concert of the Milk Carton Kids was great. Still gaining energy from it. Glad you also enjoined. Shared joy one could say 😊

Absolutely love these guys and the surreal harmonies that they sing with. Really talented group that doesn't get the press that they should.

They're definitely getting there though ! Acoustic guitar magazine did a feature article on these guys , I never would've found out about them otherwise :)

Probably two of the most talented young musicians out there today. Real, raw talent that is hard to come by nowadays with "artists"

These artists,for they can truly be called that, make you listen more intently to both their music and lyrics for fear you will miss something memorable. Sing on.

Wow, these guys have an absolutely beautiful retro sound. It takes me back to the mid 60's in the hey dry of folk duos like Simon & Garfunkel, Peter & Gordon, and Chad & Jeremy. So there IS some good music being made today by young people!!!

these guys great retro folk and better than the old days, I miss those days too, just can't get excited over Lady Gaga

sue cavanaugh: Easy to explain , in almost all european countries (Irish+Brit's as usual not really ) foreign languages are normal school program ! In most countries they start as 3rd graders, in some even as first graders. Later you start with second foreign language......BTW the name " Freiheiz" comes from the fact that this building was once heating plant

Rewatched this after watching it 3 months ago and love it so much. Did you film this whole concert yourself? Were they nice about letting you film it? How do all of the fans in Germany enjoy the music if they can't understand them? Or is it pretty much only English speakers that go? Thanks for this amazing concert! I'm going to see them four times between now and July. Yes, I am completely enchanted, in love with, and obsessed with their music!
@MusicInMotion10 жыл бұрын
I filmed, yes. And actually I did not ask :-) In Germany the people do tend to understand them, I guess. It's English speakers that go. Even though I don't think anyone expected them to be so funny. Glad you like it!

What microphones are those?
@MusicInMotion10 жыл бұрын
Adhitia Sofyan 7 months ago someone commented: They are condenser mics handmade by Philip Graham of Ear Trumpet Labs in Portland, OR. Large diaphragm Edwina model on voices and small diaphragm Edna model on their guitars. Info from interview in Acoustic Guitar magazine.
