As someone who had a terrible parent who they made amends with later in life, the scene between Bae and rumple just breaks me. His acceptance of Bae's anger but also Bae's love and their hug so full of pain and love is just amazing and heart-breaking all at once. The idea that all Rumple wants is a chance to apologise and tell him he loves him is just so perfect and beautiful. It's so broken but so full of love. I just adore this entire sequence.

I teared up during his speech to Belle.. especially when he says "you loved an ugly man" so sad that he still sees himself that way.. so broken he can't believe in anything, including himself. also when he tells her that she makes him want to be a better man. sick how they give you hope for him the change when everything is looking good hopeless. I knew he had to live. I love the end the end the best when bae says I'm still angry but yet takes his father's hand and cries.

But just as squid ink can paralyze the Dark One, so can the Dreamshade's poison kill him... and water from the River of Lost Souls... better to stay away from such things 😅 I understand what you mean, but it was much more dramatic that way.... @Anna G. Google is not necessarily wrong. The reason they spell it Rumpel and not Rumple is because the original story of Rumpelstiltskin which has nothing to do with beauty and the beast that is how it is spelled. I do see how it's upsetting though because people do misspell his name a lot.
