Stories like this make me upset, not only was it Dylan’s fault it was also his ex lovers. She should had told him regardless, instead of harboring hate, then spread it to the son. A man can’t do anything if he doesn’t know. It doesn’t matter that he was building a career, he should have been told. I blame her just as much. The more I listen the madder I get, She should have told her son, that Dylan didn’t know, she should have given her son an option to decide instead of telling him oh I don’t know. This story so far is nothing but sad.

Perhaps she should have told him, but I don't think she owes him the information. Ethan felt his relationship was a distraction from his career. He had probably left her b4 she realised she was pregnant. Telling him is like forcing him to be part of their lives. The person she owes the information is her son who has a right to know his dad and be allowed to decide whether he wants a relationship with his dad or not.

I agree with below. It dragged on in 2nd half. The breakup was between Ethan & Danielle. Ethan was never told by Danielle that she was pregnant or he had a son. Danielle was solely responsible for Dylan not knowing his father. Why on earth was Ethan grovelling & apologizing for WHAT? It was Danielle who caused Dylan's heartache, NOT Ethan.
