I've been watching your vids for several months now.....on September 1st I had a severe motorcycle crash. 2 broken feet, 2 broken fingers, 5 broken ribs, compression fractures in my spine, spinal processes busted off, broken collar bone, broken shoulder blade, lacerated liver and kidney. All the pain medication has made it VERY hard to get an appetite. Once I started watching your vids again it has made me want to eat again. Even when I feel my worst, all I have to do is watch one of your vids and my appetite comes ramping up!! Thanks beard!!! Cheers from Minnesota!
