yeah he was aiming for the ACTUAL sun but he hit mind instead sighs this is so sad in all seriousness in my... interpretation? au? they can only die if they body part that represents them is destroyed. so heart can only die if his heart is destroyed, soul if his eyes are destroyed (because 'the eyes are the window to the soul'), and mind if his brain is destroyed. soo... he missed his vital parts :] (i'm glad you enjoyed hehe)

ROE doesn't actually specify that he missed the sun, just that he shot and he missed (whatever he was aiming for: so, could be a specific body part). I'm well aware that it wasn't written with that intent but the story is left up to interpretation for a reason and that's why i enjoy CCCC so much ^-^
