Okay theory time. So what im thinking is happening here is that Npc is honestly trying to be a normal person. He is trying to show Grian that he is his own person and not evil or anything like that. Robot is not hiding his distaste for either Npc or Grian. Npc is mentally unstable and is easily swayed by anything Robot says, as if being mind controlled, or he is clinging to the only attention he has received in a long time. That is why he seems to bounce back and forth between his insanity and crying out to Grian for help. He hates Grian for doing what he did to him but he has room for forgiveness. Robot is trying to gain full control over the both of them and uses Npc's mental state and abandonment issues to his advantage. "I was just a boy you see!" is definitely a cry for help. The bridge is Robot winning control over Npc's mind for the most part and Npc only barely breaking free right after. Robot ends up winning this mental battle and uses npc as a pawn at the end. If this made any slice of sence, plz share your thoughts.

Chara is actually not a villain. You may think they are, but truth is they were just a kid. If you do genocide, your actions drive them insane, and they eventually erase the timeline. The truth is that Frisk, the player, is the true villain, because no one forced you to do that. Chara is the narrator throughout the whole game, in every run. They are completely neutral, but they are much happier on the Pacifist run. I also believe that Chara is the one that saved Asriel in the end of the Pacifist run, too. How would Frisk be able to know about all those memories Chara and Asriel had together if the only evidence there was of them being friends at all was a few old tapes? I guess you could say that Robot Grian is genocide Chara, that would make much more sense.
