Wonderful advice. I would also state balance is key. Not, everything need be an immediate stop. Like you said, limiting phone use. Also, if you do faulter. That doesn't mean you failed. And more importantly, you can minimize the misstep, and keep moving forward. The goal isn't perfection it's achieving success and fortifying your willpower. So you are stronger for further challenges down the road.
