I too am 64 and working toward becoming reinvent me. For years I invested, loan, gave into everyone else, except for myself, and realized I was always sad, depressed and angry, I'm working and investing in me. I even looked for groups in my area that I could be apart of and there was none. So finding this channel was a answered prayer. . It's our time.🎉🎉🎉

Thank you for this! my family said some of those same words to me…my butt is too big as a child so it made me grow up and be ashamed of my butt always wearing big shirts and jackets to cover up. Family doesn’t understand their words make us self conscious about things that make us an individual! I’ve been struggling with who I am, self- worth, confident… Ever since I lost both my parents at a young age, around my early primary school days. I do not have any siblings, even a half related… That experience make me feel like I’m alone, trying to tackle the world all alone. I’m currently at my late 20’s and everything feels difficult. That's a good question. I am coming out with a whole video on the topic in a few weeks. I feel like if you joined an in-person book club, or attended a flower arranging class, volunteering anywhere always makes you more ladylike and grateful, join a cooking or wine-tasting club, or take a tap or swing dancing class... I could go on and on. I love that you are interested in activities that can influence your behaviors and how you carry yourself. Let me know which of these interests you.
