the "health bar" you get near them is not a health bar, it's actually a panic bar, when you get near a death angel the panic bar will go up, you need to press a specific keybind to calm yourself.

@Ghostlyy Health Meter Is not a Health Meter It's a Meter for the Players Heart Beat If that Is at Max they will begin to Panic causing the chances of the Death Angel to attack when It's close to you even If you are crouching or making no noise. (Suggested the Idea by me)
