I suffered depression for a long time. Pro lumala sya last june. To the point na may naririnig na akong voice telling me to kill myself. Mas lumala pa dahil nag break up kmi ng bf ko kasi di nya ako ma gets. He did not fully understand my situation, my depression. I tried to think positively but it did not work. Feeling ko dati wla akong silbi, feeling ko invisible ako, pro deep inside me i wanna be cured. Umiiyak ako gabi2x kay jesus bkit nangyayari sakin to. Na sna tulongan nya ako. So gnawa ko nag meditate ako everyday for the whole month of july pra lng ma re-wire ung brain ko. And to clear negative thoughts. And after that, nung unti unti ng lumiwanag mga thoughts ko, i slowly try to reconcile my relantionship with God. Eversince, i didnt feel depress na. I feel happy, light hearted and blessed. Im so happy Jesus saved me. He always do. 💖🙏🏻

I am mentally nd emotionally exhausted for over a year.. And now the signs and symptoms of my depression are getting worst. Everyday i hold on to God.. Everyday I hope things get better.. But its true. U feel "trapped" when ure depressed.. Its really hard to find people who are compassionate listener and gives u understanding. Minsan kahit pamilya mo pa.. Kahit asawa mo pa.. Hi. I am experiencing the same thing like ang hirap magopen up sa mga tao and even sa family. There are times na I just want to give up like this world is too much na. Tama ka po, you feel trapped when you're depressed, but the good thing is God is always there to get you out. I love my "alone time with God". He always listens to our prayers kasi at never niya tayong huhusgahan kaya po lahat ng worries ko sinasabi ko sa kaniya. I will surely pray for you po. God bless :)

I'm Catholic but I do attend Youth fellowship of a Born Again Church before because a friend of mine invited me. I also listened to CCF's sermons especially from Pastor Bong. I do appreciate him for explaining well the bible as far as Im concerned. My true religion is based on my intimate relationship with God.

i was suffered depression this pandemic i am the one positive in covid 19 para akung binagsakan lugmok ako para gusto kuna mamatay subalit ng maalala ko ang dyos at kumatok ako sa kanya hindi nya ako pinabayaan pinatatag nya ako kalo na nung nakinig ko ang mga aral ni pastor nagkaroon ako ng pag asa nanalangin ako sa dyos at pinasalamatan ko sya kung bakit nangyari ito sa akin kase naligaw ako ng landas nkalimot na pala ako sa kanya npalayo na ang pagkakilala ko sa dyos ama at kay lord jesus christ kya sa tulong ng mga aral muli akung bumangon at kumapit sa dyos ipinagkatiwalako sa kanya ang lahat at ipinagkatiwala ko sa kanya sa lahat at muli kung pag pa swab test praise to god jesus christ pinagpala nya ako nagative ang result kya grabe tuwa ko at umiyak sa galak na nagpapasalamat sa kanya hindi bya ako binigo god is good kaya ngayo sya na ang sandalan ko sa kanya kuna pinagkatiwala lahat purihin ang dyos ama in the name of his belaved son jesus christ amen

Bago ko naranasan itong depression ay natatandaan ko...naging mayabang ang pag iisip ko sa iba na nakaranas ng depression. Ayan ipinaranas sa akin...kaya ngayon naiba na ang paningin ko sa mga nakararanas ng depression....

Gud day ... im 35 years old..kakapangank ko lang this feb 8.2019.nung buntis ako ng 2 months iniwan kmi ng mister ko .naiwan skin dlawang ank ko .1months cya nwla nkisma s babaeng mababang uri..then bumalik cya .after a week balik uli .mga 5 tyms n nagbalik balik cl.hangang s sobra n pagka stress q . D makakaib d makatulog.sobrang iyak everynight iyak iyak..hangang s dumting ung time n bigla n lng tumutulo ang luha ko.may mga friend ako n nag bible study dto.s haus slamat sainyo ang laking bagay guminhwa pkirmdm ko.hangang s bumlik n mister ko.after a month nangank ako bumalik lahat ng narrmdmn ko s skit ..na depress ako sobrang depress hangng s nangiwi n ko nagka bells palsy ..until.now hnd p dn aq makawala s mga nangyri .plss lord help me .. gusto ko n makalimot s nangyari ... bigla n lang tumutulo ang luha ko ..bigla n lang ako umiiyak..hnd ko alam kung pano makawala s depression na toh .naiicp q dn n mawala na para hnd ko n toh maalala .. ayoko n talaga ..lahat n lang ng kwento ng mister ko s pagssma nila ng kabit nya lagi ko naaalala ... ayoko talaga ng ganito ..help me ohhh lord ..
