I know how emotions are felt and I know how thoughts are perceived and how physical 5 senses are experienced but I have to say I don't think I really know how to sense my 'vibration'. I hear the word, vibration again and again but I realise I often confuse it with just the 'mood'. In this video, there was a description of vibration, something like 'totality of thoughts, emotions and ...'. I don't think I can learn intellectually how to feel the vibration. I don't know even I feel vibration or not either. I have been described as incredibly intuitive but now I confess I don't know how to feel vibration.
