(Al-Quran 5: 75) Their messengers said to them, "We are only men like you, but Allah confers favor upon whom He wills of His servants. It has never been for us to bring you evidence except by permission of Allah . And upon Allah let the believers rely. (Al-Quran 14: 11) God sent Jesus. God is not Jesus. Allah chooses from the angels, messengers and from men. Surely, Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. (Al-Quran 22: 75) There are angel messengers He sends down the angels, with the inspiration of His command, upon whom He wills of His servants, "Warn that there is no ilah (deity/god) except Me; so fear Me." (Al-Quran 16: 2) Angel Gabriel is referred to as The Spirit. And mention, in AlKitab (the Book), Mary, when she withdrew from her family to a place toward the east. And she took, in seclusion from them, a screen. Then We sent to her Our Spirit (Angel Gabriel), and he represented himself to her as a well-proportioned man. She said, "Indeed, I seek refuge in the Most Merciful from you, [so leave me], if you should be fearing of Allah ." He said, "I am only the messenger of your Lord to give you [news of] a pure boy." She said, "How can I have a boy while no man has touched me and I have not been unchaste?" He said, "Thus [it will be]; your Lord says, 'It is easy for Me, and We will make him a sign to the people and a mercy from Us. And it is a matter [already] decreed.' (Al-Quran Translation/interpretation Chapter Mary/Maryam(19) : 16-21) Gabriel identified himself to Mary as "the messenger of your Lord". The story of Gabriel appearing before Mary(Maryam) to inform her about her future son (Jesus/Isa) is also mentioned in the gospels. *Angels informing the coming of a newborn child is consistent with angels visiting Abraham and his wife informing them about their future son, Isaac and Jacob and an angel informing Zachariah about his future son, John (Yahya), both incidents mentioned in the current gospels and in the Quran. Angel Gabriel (Jibril) is mentioned by name as the one who brought down the Quran to Prophet Muhammad: Say, "Whoever is an enemy to Jibril (Gabriel) - it is he who has brought it (the Qur'an) down upon your heart, [O Muhammad], by permission of Allah, confirming that which was before it and as guidance and good tidings for the believers." Whoever is an enemy to Allah and His angels and His messengers and Jibril and Mikal (Michael) - then indeed, Allah is an enemy to the disbelievers. (Al-Quran translation 2: 97-98) The one who brought it down is also referred to as below: And indeed, it (the Qur'an) is the revelation of the Lord of the worlds. Has brought it down by Arruhul-amin (The Trustworthy Spirit) (Al-Quran translation 26: 192-193) Say, [O Muhammad], "ruhulQudus (spirit of the Holy) has brought it down from your rabb (Lord) in truth to make firm those who believe and as guidance and good tidings to the Muslims." (Al-Quran translations 16: 102) Ruh Al-Quddus is mentioned in the arabic Quran. Ruh meaning spirit, Al-Quddus is one of the names of God, meaning The Holy/ All-Holy/ All-Pure. Angels have wings. [All] praise is [due] to Allah, Creator of the heavens and the earth, [who] made the angels messengers having wings, two or three or four. He increases in creation what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent. (Al-Quran 35: 1) Who did Jesus actually see descending that is mentioned in the gospels. [Gabriel said], "And we [angels] descend not except by the order of your Lord. To Him belongs that before us and that behind us and what is in between. And never is your Lord forgetful - (Al-Quran 19: 64) God sent angels. God is not an angel. It is not for a human [prophet] that Allah should give him the Scripture and authority and prophethood and then he would say to the people, "Be servants to me rather than Allah," rather, "be rabbaniyyun, because you are teaching the Book, and you are studying it." Nor could he order you to take the angels and prophets as arbaban (lords). Would he order you to disbelief after you had been Muslims? (Al-Quran 3: 79-80) There are angel messengers There are human messengers. God is not an angel. God is not a human. God is only one. God have no son. God is not one third of three. God is not a messenger. God sent messengers. Indeed, Allah is but one ilah (deity/god). Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs. (Al-Quran 4: 171) فِي الْبَدْءِ خَلَقَ اللهُ (Allah) السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ According to arabic translations of the bible that you can find online, Allah (الله ) is the Creator of the heavens and the earth in Genesis 1: 1 Indeed, your rabb (Lord) is Allah, who created the heavens and earth ... (Al-Quran translation 7: 54) Alaha refers to God in aramaic. Aramaic is a semitic language believed to be spoken by Jesus. Semitic languages include hebrew and arabic and have similarities.

To be fair, the perfectly preserved argument seems very important for a religion that claims to be the truth. Muslims back then seemed to be very well aware how different Jewish and Christians groups differed in their reading of the books and they wanted to prevent that, that is why there is a hadith saying Caliph Uthman burned all the incomplete/different copies of the Quran

@@Michael-bk5nz you say that, but I've been seeing some Muslim convert stories, in particular Yusha Evans, Dr. Jerald Dirks, and Yusuf Estes (you can find them on KZbin but they all have long conversion stories), the one common thing that made all of them loose faith in Christianity was the wrong translations and variations of the Bible. Their faith in their religion was shaken but they didn't really stop believing in God, so when they eventually found Islam they found the Quran made more sense in comparison to the Bible.

There are currently something like 32 different versions of the Quran currently in print in different parts of the world, not to mention the various hadith which show that significant portions of the text have been altered or lost, I have to wonder why so many Muslims feel the need to gaslight themselves about the issue. The only reason Muslims are able to lie to themselves about the issue is that the Quaran has not been subjected to the kind of rigorous, critical scholarship that the Bible has. Give Christians and Jews credit, we aren't afraid to discuss difficulties and feel no need to gaslight ourselves.

The criterion of embarrassment is not a 100 percent guarantee the texts are true. All of their writings apart rushed and maybe someone intelligent said let’s put some real life examples if our experiences in them cuz we’ve run out of ideas. Each verse of the quran was given a huge backstory centuries later so we know the details are all wrong. The Holy Spirit was not guiding them like He did with our Bible plus our Bible was majority eye witness accounts. The quran was first and then came the rest way later. The prophet called muhammad did not exist. What did exist was a group that wanted dominance and control over land and people. That group is now referred to as prophet muhammad. He is a they and they lied to billions and still are. I guarantee the top elites of islam know the real truth. Islam is a gaslighting ideology. Let me correct you: It is interesting to know that (Musnad Ahmad) is not a collection of the authentic hadeeth only, although this was the intention of Imam Ahmad, may Allah have mercy on him, which is to scrutinize his collection afterward and to keep the authentic Ahadeeth only. But-Subhan Allah- he passed away before doing so. However, the hadeeth in Musnad Ahmad were classified by contemporary great Imams, like Ahmad Shakir and Abdul-Rahman Al-Sa’aty Al-Banna. With this in mind, here is the status of the relevant narrations; 1- The narration of Aysha RAA indicated that Suratul-Ahzab was 200 Ayat is a weak narration. It was narrated through (Ibn Luhaya’ah) and his narrations are rejected. 2- The narration of Ubay Ibn Ka’ab that he forgot 70 Ayat of the same Surah in which he could not find is another weak narration. It was narrated through (Abdullah Ibn Shuraik Al-A’amiry) and many scholars of Hadith do not recognize him as a trustworthy narrator. So, when he narrates what contradicts the consensus of the whole Ummah regarding the number of the Ayat of Suratul-Ahzab, obviously, his narration is denied, as millions of Muslims nowadays memorize Suratul-Ahzab with their uninterrupted chain of trustworthy narrators that goes back to the Prophet SAAW Himself. They are unanimous that this Surah counts 73 Ayat only. 3- The only recognizable and accepted narration in this regard is what has been narrated by Ubay Ibn Ka’ab (Suratul-Ahzab was as long as Suratul-Bakarah, or even longer. It used to have the Ayah obligates stoning the adulterers till death). But this Hadith does not mean that part of the Surah was dropped, intentionally or unintentionally. It means that at a certain time this Surah was in the same length as Surat- Al-Bakarah. However, the revelation of Surat-Al-Bakarah took almost 10 years! So, it was not completed when Ubay RAA said what he said. Ubayy ibn Ka’b’s Quran had 2 extra surahs, al-Khal’ and al-Hafd, (Al-Suyuti, Durr al-Manthur vol.8, p.695). Moreover, the New Testament is the most reliable source of antiquity, with nearly 25,000 pieces of manuscripts across many languages such as Greek, Hebrew, Latin, Aramaic, etc. The point is that the Bible's narrative and theology remained unchanged and preserved. The Qur'an is perfectly preserved with missing verses like the verse of adult breast sucking verse and the verse of stoning to death for adultery. In islam, mutah or paid prostitution is permitted but consensual s*x is adultery. When you pay, it is no longer sin. In Islam, you can buy Allah. If you donate to charity, your sins are forgiven. If you release your slaves, your sins are forgiven. If you feed poor people, your sins are forgiven. In islam money can buy everything. Christians and Jews can pay money to Muslim rulers to practise their religion while polytheists and atheists must be killed. In paradise too, muslims can buy images of men and women to have s*x.

In a spirit of fairness, I'd like to see a video that highlights the Christian assertions of the reliability of the Bible vs Biblical textual critics such as Bart Ehrman. I think it would be a good to highlight why what Christian apologists do is diffeerent from what muslim apologists do, if there is as a difference.

I would say look up James White, a Christian apologist, his videos tend to be very long but from what I seen he essentially argues that the Bible has been copied so many times and spread out so far, we can easily tell when a change has been made. The amount of ancient Bible manuscripts we have is more than any other ancient texts so he says we can tell with confidence what the originals said.
