There's a big difference between pro games and faceit pugs or MM premier matches. Honestly this strat is good in Pro leagues. In faceit games, you take mid, they're just gonna rotate and flank you or wipe you out mid. You can't be slow when you get mid. You have to keep moving and stay aggressive.

They are slower rotating if you control mid esp if you plant for short like he shows, aggressive flanks is good for you because you're in a defensive position with an AK. If you loose the fight for mid then obviously you can't do this strat anymore you need to back up and choose a site or reaggro as a team, but generally you should be favored to get mid if they aren't expecting this call (so you can't do it every round)
