Imagine two mirrors facing each other, infinitely reflecting one another. This is our reality. It takes time to fully grasp this endless interaction between our inner and outer worlds. What we think, feel, and believe shapes our experiences. We may get caught up in external dramas, forgetting that the true essence of life lies within us. We forget that we have the power to change our perception, and with it, our reality.
The principle discussed is fundamental, as the external reality we encounter is, in fact, a reflection of our internal predispositions. Our thoughts and beliefs about ourselves and the world around us directly influence our life experiences. In other words, we create our reality through the lens of our thoughts and beliefs.
