Recently, I uploaded my longest video not too long ago, which is about an hr long and it doubled the number of my subs and watch time hours and most of all, I've been impacting more lives positively and this is the best part of it all. I created this to share my opinion about these main things that truly impacted the way I live and how I became a minimalist. It's the one most vulnerable videos that I had been hesitant to post for many months because of the fear of being misunderstood but I finally decided to overcome that fear so others can learn from my experience so we can all grow together. Remembering my why's is much more important than the analytic growth. Sometimes I get trapped in focusing on any external rewards from this channel to the point that it paralyzes me from taking actions and I think this is what makes most people not even start at all.

One of my cats is 16 and sleeps in my bed with her own pillow and a heating pad on low to help with her keeping warm. She gets wet food as well as dry and treats occasionally. Lots of pets and love. Have always had cats since I was about three years old and will always have a cat. Most are rescued and most just showed up and adopted me so I know I’m super lucky 😊

Nobody knew what it was or thought about it yet it affected us all badly and many died.Things can happen that we have no control over.You are justified to moan about your house loaction and the job you dislike.Then what ? Thanks David, for the explanation of the mirror effect. Although, I think it's not something that fits all. Nor does it work all the time, that way. Positive thinking is always good. No matter what. Ok. And, it's in my nature to do that, naturally. I'm blessed!🙏🌟 Being a natural optimist has helped me tremendously to overcome the enormous and nasty hardships I had in my life. But, that didn't come from any mirror thinking ! 😥 Nor bad beliefs! No! Because I thought the opposite of what came out most times!!! And, I focus well, am very responsible, come from.a good background, do all I should in all fields, and undertake steps to move forwards in the right direction. Only to experience the opposite!! So how is that possible !?? So frustrating! And people around me are so surprised too! I can't say that mirror thinking has been effective in my life, at all!! Your sentence "you get what you are", is cruel when it comes to looking back at my own life!!! I got the total contrary, on most planes! Especially all the troubles I went through, I never even thought could exist!! So how is that possible that I went through such strange and terrible hardships, if I couldn't even imagine them?? I have changed rooms of the art gallery sooo many times!!! 😏 I think there are exceptions in life. And, I suppose I'm one of them! I also think it's important to state that we don't have everything under our control ! There is a higher force that does lead us into directions out soul might need to experience. Going with the flow seems the way for me, most of times. Leaving go, and letting live! I wonder what you think of what I said? And what advice you could give. "Transurfing" is an amazing book that I read over and over again like a Bible. The Art gallery concept, Mirror principle and Low of Balance is well explained there. It's written by a Russian Author and not well known but Concepts are spot on and you will find that any other Law of attraction concept will fit with the Transurfing Concepts.

We have access to two bodies of our own - the tangible, and the intangible. There's a third one that we can also own - the ethereal (spiritual) body. We can make the latter our own, but in a shared manner. The second and third bodies influence one another without our direct intervention - and they can define a specific shape as a consequence of generating the ultimate outcome (expressed freely in observable reality., ideally, in a balanced wy that the intangible body directly sets up by willfully tapping into the creative lead of creation. So, the synergy needed to solidify great things in this ever-changing realm.

People often say "if it was that easy everybody would do it to get what they want". Getting good at concepts such as these was the hardest thing i ever did by far. It gets way easier over time but these first few meaningful new changes to my life where no joke to achieve for me. Especially because when you create something truly new it will clash with the old at least thats what happend for me at first. Not feeding the old and remaining steadfast in the new through what can only be described an as absolute onslought of negativity was as allready stated just about the hardest thing i ever did. When neville said that the old man has to die for the new man to emerge he forgot to mention that the old one wont leave without a fight.

There is a lot more too it though, because as you experience MoRE life you will see many more examples of people who seemingly are experts at say the mirror principle and other principles and Yet still don’t have the outer World they desire! Like there are unseen forces ( other People) that Take away what they are creating. So my friend what I’m saying is we have to interact in the World and other people Contribute to your outer world no matter how perfect your inner world is. The only reason it takes 6 - 8 weeks is because you believe it does! Energy changes IMMEDIATELY! Once you have committed wholly and completely to the new frequency - thoughts, beliefs, feelings - Universe MUST and does match it. It only takes the time you take to fully make the shift internally for it to be matched externally. Just like a radio, the new frequency happens as soon as you land on it, not 6 - 8 weeks or hours or even minutes! Once you realize there is only now, time delays fall away.

I know this stuff, but I'm tired on the inside, and when that happens, my sad feels cloud my head. It's reminds me of the paradigms that that guy talks about in the book about reality transurfing. I think I'm at the edge and can push my way out, but I'm so freaking tired right now. Physically, mentally, energetically depleted. It's like I'm on a really steep climb and am tired and exhausted and can't see how much further until the top and am wondering if I should just turn back so I can rest or if I'm close to the top and should keep pressing onward.

There is nothing wrong with resting. If you're tired, my invitation would be to rest! If you're depleted, my invitation would be to fill back up. I would check out the video I just did on shadow work as it may help you with all this. I mention a meditation towards the end that may help.

Depends on the size, but focused particle flow for that amount of time leads to dramatic changes. Also, this means fully focused for that amount of time which takes practice and discipline.
