Lately, I'm of the belief that the conscious mind is our thinking mind, the subconscious is our emotional mind, & the unconscious mind is the body itself. I saw Joe Dispenza say in an interview that the unconscious mind is the body & it blew my mind. No pun intended. But it made perfect sense to me. Like that's why they say the body keeps the score/trauma lives in the body, the stomach is the 2nd brain, etc. Just sharing this in hopes that this perspective of our minds along with what she's teaching (GREAT BREAKDOWN BTW!) will help someone make even more sense of themselves.
