I am Using this from the last 1 year.. Many a times i forgot doing this.. So to overcome this I started doing this while brushing my teeth... While brushing I say affirmations in my mind, Thn just after brushing I say verbally. So it's just an additional tip.. Try doing this whenever you're brushing.(Morning or Night). 😊😀
