The hozuki are the most underrated clan in my opinion. Hydrofication is basically a balanced version of kamui.

Their ability to turn themselves into water was always one of my favorite techniques in the show. Without lightning style they would be nigh Invincible.

Its easy to see how suigetsu fell into deep depression when his brother died, a brother can be all the motivation u need in the world and the one person to have your back regardless, Rip mangetsu.

I just refuse to believe that all these people can master all these elements and the only thing they'll ever use them for is fighting. You know you really have to wake up to the fact that he doesn't make them ever use their powers for anything good or interesting.

What annoyed me with Naruto (more the data books) is that people were given chakra natures at random but most never showed a single jutsu of that nature. Even into Boruto, we still don’t see

Let's not forget Gengetsu had a Kekkei Genkai that was never shown in the series as well, dude was a beast and held himself back in the 4th War.

Could you imagine suigetsu and kisame being in a team together?? Suigetsu would always have a body of water to use with kisame around and while kisame is putting tha absolute hands on people suigetsu sneak around the body of water giving out the finishing blows! They would be absolutely terrifying!

I think Hydrification is not a Kekkei Genkei. It is stated in the databook that it is a Hiden Technique. Hiden techniques similar to Nara Clan's Shadow Binding and Akimichi Clan's expansion. This Hiden techniques pun intended are secretive and niche to only to the member of the clans that they belong to. These are only passed down to members of the clan that is why there are very few who can use them so that's why they look like Kekkei Genkais.
