My story meeting Mr. Cartoon around 2004....Back in the days I had a T-shirt business and thru a friend (NERV Graffiti artist from Bell Gardens)was asked to make a custom shirt for Mr. Cartoon was super excited!!! It was a picture of one of his children laying across one of his arm sleeve tattooed. We went to his Tattoo shop (DTLA) to hand over his shirt and was an honor to meet him in return he gifted me a Limited DS pair of Nike sneakers collaboration Air Force 1 X Mr. Cartoon with México colorway couldn’t believe what was happening!!! Hard work paid of like he said “when the doors open you go right thru” dreams come true!!! thanks Mr. Cartoon for the inspiration Arriva La Raza!!! 🇲🇽 🃏 👍🏽

Fuck as an artist with many other interests in life who doesn’t know what they want to do other than I know I just want to create. Whether it’s paintings, drawings, music, movies, clothes, etc. this interview inspires me. Lately I’ve found a way to monetize my art and I’ve been doing flower paintings on wooden canvases and have been making copies of popular ones and selling them and it’s been working, but sometimes I get discouraged because it’s like I don’t know how exactly I’m going to turn this into a business lol but seeing this motivates me because I just have to stick with it and keep putting myself out there. I really needed to see this
