And as a result, he treated Shengmian like crap and was willing to do anything to be with Panni, even though they were the same person. Sleeping with who he thought was another woman, not knowing that she was his wife. Cheating is cheating. Yes, he didn't have all the facts, but he still slept with Panni, thinking that she was another woman. He showed his true colors. Instead of solving the issue amicably, he said some things that really hurt Shengmian even though he didn't know the truth. I can understand why she was scared. She fell in love with the guy whom she was married to & was scared about how he would react when he found out the truth. Also, he always badmouthed her even though she didn't do anything wrong & without ever properly meeting her. Yes, she should've come clean from the start, but she had plenty of reasons to hesitate. He is very possessive & doesn't listen to what she wants. Many find it cute & adorable how he was pretending to be hurt just so she could care for him. But i see it for what it is. Manipulation. She's too nice and cares for him, so she complies even though she knows he's faking. As for the baby, she did what she thought was best to protect her baby. When there is a baby, he can have a say in what happens. But when the baby is in the womb, the mom has the final say. Both of them did some questionable things, but Shengmian had it worse. The same formula applies to almost all dramas. Boy meets girl, boy treats the girl bad, girl gets heart broken, boy regrets his decision & wants another chance, girl stands her ground, naive girl finally gives in and forgives the boy who harmed her. But, this one is not as bad as others that I've seen.

@@kim-nabi-the-butterfly But he wanted to divorce Shengmian, to be with panni cause of some misunderstanding and it was her fault for not telling him that she is shengmian, if that night he slept with her, if she told him she was shengmian things would have been different, on top of it all she didn't tell him that the baby was saved, he felt so guilty cause of that, she should have at least told him the father and not tell others about the baby.
