Pretty sure the heat came from CM Punk insulting Miz calling him sellout for doing promotion for WWE Saudi Arabia in Twitter if im not mistaken. Kinda stupid from CM punk that time cause Miz was just doing his job. Glad CM Punk and Miz in good terms now.

@@sobytrapggPunk when gets in his emotions like most people can be a pure idiot and hypocrite on many different things. Miz never had an issue with Punk and Punk always had a "Superior" type of feeling towards Miz due to his background and Miz Main Eventing WM 27 over Punk which Is understandable but sounds hypocritical when he was preaching that the company isn't giving new stars a chance and when they did it with Miz he had a problem with it. Good to see two grown adults in a better place but Miz probably wasn't affected by it much since he never had a hatchet himself to bury against Punk.

Miz has absolutely put in the work; the locker room respects him, and the company knows he’s someone they can rely on. The fact that this conversation happened is a reminder that, crazy as it may seem, people grow and change with time and perspective, and sometimes they become better people. I would argue you can see this growth and maturity in both men.

The reason Punk was able to return is one simple answer HHH. Whilst Vince Mcmahon was in charge. Vince always said he would never let Punk return. HHH has always said he was open to Punk returning. They just needed to talk face to face to sort out their problemd and that is what they did and Punk was able to return.

CM Punk wanted and felt he deserved the main event of WM27. I don’t think he was angry at Miz but said very publicly he felt Miz was the wrong guy. That attitude of ‘no, that’s my spot’ is pretty important in this industry, but Punk probably didn’t need to say it publicly.

The thing with Phil is he will say it to peoples faces - a lot of people will do stuff behind peoples back but for all his faults nobody can accuse Punk of not being up-front about things. I think that's why Miz can forgive him for that stuff because a Punk apology is rare and what Punk said was somewhat understandable (not cool but understandable)

He definitely earned a spot in the HOF in my opinion. At times, he was the guy you loved to hate... Also on another note, being 38, hes right. As men grow older and mature. They could have had one of the biggest stories in Pro Wrestling, had they all just agreed to work together. And you know that CM Punk, despite how much of a jackass he is, would have been willing to play ball. The problem is the elite (Really just the Young Bucks) are so used to being the kings of their little area of professional wrestling even before AEW was started, that they can't perceive the fact that they have to actually do something they don't want to do. Which is why they aren't big players in the grand scheme of things. And Tony doesn't have the spine to just be like "We're gonna make a storyline out of this and you're gonna deal with it." Then they had another opportunity at Gold, and squandered it. But I do think it's reasonable why they fired CM Punk. Yes jungle boy instigated it, but punk should have known that in that type of environment, getting in two fights in just a year isn't a good look. And completely overshadowed their Wembley show.

He owes me nothing so it's not like it'll break his heart to know I don't trust him but he left one company (for good reason, I thought), went to another company and spent a lot of time hating on the first company... caused a bunch of trouble, then left THAT company to come back to the first and hate on the second company. It's like he'll always be on the other side blaming everyone else for his misery. He's just a miserable person in general. He'll have to dive into boiling water to save a puppy before I'll believe that he's in it for anything but his own adulation.

Exactly my thought. I don’t think Punk is genuinely happy in WWE. He is back to stick it to TK and faking smile every chance he gets. Because he is in a desperate situation where he still wants the spotlight. He won’t settle for anything less than WWE

@@NookTommy He's happy as long as he's being praised and right now it's there. The thing is - he could be running a school. He is so talented and experienced, he'd be such a great trainer. The only danger is that if he has any students better than him, he would sabotage their careers. But he could teach so much if he cared to share and not conquer.

I don't believe it. First of all, according to his fans, Punk's shit doesn't stink. Secondly, according to Punk he has never done anything wrong, it is never his fault, it is all everyone else's fault, and any way he acted was justified because he is the victim. So I can't see Punk ever apologizing to Miz or anyone else, ever. Narcissists are never wrong in their mind.
