@@ArtiCars1 - Believe me, we really debated his wipe; but knowing he has exploited and had access to exploits was not something we could overlook or ignore report wise. Double edged sword really; if it was found out after the matter - I am sure it would still go down negatively.

Live moderation for these leaderboards is necessary. Nearly impossible to tell who’s gonna get the prize because nobody gets wiped until the very end. And then new contenders post-wipe don’t even have time to be considered as a result. Mid-event wipes need to happen.

I do agree with this to some extent - but that is easier said than done as in-game perms come with a lot of liability issues. I tend to review a majority of reports on my own (and for free) and do not have the capacity to review consistently over the event - so a larger team would be required to manage mid-event wipes.

Don’t worry! Our MM2 Devs team is taking even further action in removing exploiters from Leaderboards and even the game overall. It is just very difficult to do so, however over 300 exploiters have been added to the blacklist during the 2023 Christmas Update already! :)

In my opinion, they should add a detection that detects if a player does teleport, or flys, and then the detector should ban them AND whipe themoff the leaderboard.

I saw this situation when I was grinding for the current leaderboard and it made me terrified that I wouldn’t get my trophy after so many hours of grinding because the people who made the game don’t care about it’s most dedicated players

25th place for Christmas leaderboard 2021 was a hacker and I saw them in game, a few months later I somehow joined them and they had a trophy. Couldn’t tell you the user though, almost been two years so I’ve forgotten.

As a person who fell 3 leaderboards this is relatable. I remember falling the lb 1h before it ended on blue swirly axe. That one didn’t have much exploiters. So there wasn’t much of a wipe and I was 47 tokens off :/

It is a problem I was on a great start Brot the coin leaderboard but I kept finding hackers who were stealing every coin and killing everyone at once this caused me to quit coin leaderboard and get on gift I was 32 when it ended

Yeah leaked spent countless hours and probably countless days trying to get on the board yet he gets wiped from it, yet someone exploiting (on their main which if you do that either you don't care about getting banned or your just flat out a dumbo) used cheats to get on the leaderboard and doesn't face consequences which is stupid, give leak his well deserved trophy and ban that exploiter

the leaderboard system is literally designed to get players staying in the game longer so it looks more popular. These events usually arent meaningful to me. all the godlies are near impossible to get if you have a life and they'll only be worth like 200 or something in a few weeks.

Me and my friend were in a small server grinding for tokens the other day when suddenly we met a global rank 30 player in the leaderboard in our server and the server was instantly was with players by a second, my friend assume that that the rank 30 player was all thier alts and probably was gonna grind with us too so we didn't think much of this, when the round started it ended by literally a second we realized they were exploiting and when i looked at thier profile THEY HAVE 2 TROPHIES LIKE 2 TROPHIES FOR THE CHRISTMAS EVENTS they were a rich player as well I assumed that they collected all the tokens a sec and then ending the round, after that ny friend and i kindly ask them to leave the server because they were ruining our grinding they completely understand and left the game with all if thier alts and one of thier alts apologize to us for taking our server before leaving, when i checked them on the leaderboard they were already at rank 24-25. (I got screenshots of our conversation)

If they are fixing the leaderboards, they should also add auto detection so that if someone is hacking, the logs will let the admins know and said hacker might be banned

Hey, primarks here - I would also like to clarify: 1) We do look at more than the top 100, we look at the top 500 minimum and take all reports sent to us. So this entire section of the video is inaccurate. Its incredibly disheartening as we managed to get rid of over 294 exploiters in the top 500, and due to missing one, we get dragged. 2) We are a report based service meaning that we are limited to the reports we are given and whether proof is still available upon review. The individual in the video you are upset about for getting on the LB has been added to the leaderboard blacklist going forward, however we received this report AFTER the trophies came out and the leaderboard finalised - but once trophies are out, the places are set in stone - we have to draw the line at some point. 3) Roblox exploiters are simply not allowed on the leaderboard - they are a liability and post an unfair threat to players who have never used exploits and do the leaderboard legitimately. There are a lot of grey areas with this, but we simply just cannot prove they didn't exploit the leaderboard otherwise and we are heavily aware of the caveats to that pov - it was discussed and it just was not something we could overlook as a team. 4) Since the latest byfron roll out, we have agreed to possibly treat the leaderboard as a blank slate and give past exploiters another chance. This does not mean that the individual who was wiped on here was "falsely wiped". 5) We're always open to constructive feedback on how to better manage reporting season! So please let us know! I am incredibly disheartened at the misinformation and negativity of this video. That being said - please make sure you guys report exploiters here: dyno.gg/form/9ac055ab - we can only do the best we can with the tools we have!

I understand your frustration however it’s important to remember that not every exploiter will ever be removed as it’s simply too difficult. I do explpit jist to get the item. BUT NOT on the leaderboard. I do that just to get the ancient i want and nothing else. i believe that the mods are doing there absolute best on the leaderboard. i believe that this guy with rank 90 was a black swan and its extremely unlikely for hackers to get on the leaderboard. but there system is still flawed and i believe there is room for improvement with the anticheat. however with hundreds of ppl going for the leaderboard and thousands of exploiters it must be extremely difficult for the staff to ban the hackers. i myself got on the leaderboard and i was drasticly pushed down so i believe that they are banning many hackers. as long as actual anti-cheat and not just physical reports will be the solution in the future this probelem may be solved. however it still sucks what happened to leakedpin and they should workout some sort of compensation for his loss.
