When you're just chill and yourself, you are charismatic and funny Aljo. When you are responding to critics and being "tough", your words come out choppy, it's not smooth, it feels off, almost like...nerves. Like when you walk down your driveway but its icey, so you almost fall and barely make it...that's what it feels like. Your run so far has been odd due to circumstance, but you're the Champ, plain and simple. Remember when DC asked the fans how they boo'd him and cheered the cheater? Look at DC now most ppl love him. Be yourself, the love will come bro.

Dana and the UFC is obviously pushing Suga hard. And I think they don’t want him against Aljo yet because of what Petr did to him in the grappling, what would Aljo do ? They are trying to build him and get him ready with that skillset. He goes against Aljo RIGHT NOW he gets mauled big time. They will probably give him one more fight to give him time to build his grappling 🤷‍♀️

Aljo is letting social media make him calloused, he’s such a genuine person. I hate to see it happening to him, he has real skill and is a legitimate champion. He’s got to get someone else doing a lot of the posting and reading for him, he says he doesn’t care but it’s clearly effecting him a emotionally. Love the guy though, If he feels Like he needs to do that then by all means, keep winning champ!

Man I am not a huge fan of Aljamain as a fighter. I don't hate him. Maybe he needs to grow on me a bit more just like a lot of things in life because many people can be really fake. But this interview shows a really different light in him talking about the scenario in all his fights and people JUDGING him. He is really WELL SPOKEN here and being raw & truthful about his position as a champ and dealing with everyone hating on him. Not a lot of people can do that because they let the weight of the world get to them and control them and they fall apart. I respect him a lot now because he is being realistic and also breaking scenarios of his fight without being bashful and resentful with his victory over his opponents.

NY Rick was batting grand slams towards the end of the broadcast, and I don’t normally agree with him on anything somehow. To me, it’s baffling that anyone could feel differently and not be swayed by the argument he laid out. All things considered, MMA is subjective and everyone will form their own opinion. But somehow, my man was clearly stating arguments I’ve recently battled, albeit a tad more eloquently.

Aljo is very goofy but comparing his success to strangers on the internet doesn't really resolve the "hate" or criticism. As fans of the UFC people like to have a champion they can look up to, Aljo isn't that to a lot of people because of Aljo's personality, or his current personality.

And with regards to your comment on Islam not fighting a top 5 ranked guy....is it fair to say that when that is mentioned, it also needs to be acknowledged that nobody with exception of Daruish, wanted to fight him and were actually scared to do so. This is according to what we here from Rogan and team in commentary.

For not caring, he sure addresses it a lot. I think Aljo is a nice guy that thinks nice guys end last. Nah mate, just do you and you'll be fine. Learn from Usman's mistakes. He's so disliked not because he's not, but because he's trying to fake being something he's not.

You know if TJ would have won he would have spit now Sterling's face, so I have to give respect to Aljo.

Chito vs sterling championship (Main) Cejudo vs suga sean #1 contender (Co-Main) UFC 285 in March. Sean “won” the #1 contender fight but lost to chito, who is hot right now. Cejudo “deserves” the fight but hasn’t fought in 2 years. So does Sean but with the questionable win? Let’s see who want it and chito can get the shot i the is most deserving of the 3. How’s this sound?

Hello from beautiful Nova Scotia. I never miss your show and am a big fan. Been watching the UFC for years and are amazed at the growth of this company. I have to say I disagree with your take on the Sterling Dilashaw fight. If as reported that his shoulder dislocated numerous times in training and he told the referee that it might happen in the fight, he had no business in that octagon facing the UFC champion. I don't care how tough he thought he was he would not fight a normal way because he would try to protect that shoulder and in my opinion he had no chance of winning. This should have been disclosed early in his training camp so another fighter could have stepped in, maybe Marlon Vera. I feel bad for the people who bet on this fight because they did not know this information. He should never fight in the UFC again for doing this and giving the champ another controversial victory. Sterling should possibly go to England to train with Leon Edwards to improve his striking so maybe he start knocking guys out to gain some respect.

Chito had a huge booger in his nose the whole time. You think he would’ve checked before going on Ariel’s show.😂
