@@mrbateman794 No i main killer i tried survivor using object and decisive strike there literally almost always sides to the killer as solo player and in every match and always seem to die first and get tunelled and decisive strike doesnt last enough as i get tunneled for more than the required time i just think certain perks like object could be disabled or nerfed when playing with friends and only be active if solo

Remember, according to the devs, Gen Rushing is not a thing. And SwF is just 4 buddies playing with eachother. There is no such thing as a 4 man SwF Sweat Squad. There is no war in ba sing se. It's a bitter pill to swallow when you realize you can't win the match, or even salvage anything from it. And that looked rough, hope you feel better soon

One of the shittiest experiences in my life (definitely not top 3 but still up there) was when they released the mmr last summer, and I've been through a lot in general, so that really says something. First off, there was a bug where, I shit you not, HALF of my m1 clicks wouldn't even register and I spent a good 50 hours playing like that. I went through so many things to try and fix it and it only went down for the most part but I still can't get nurse's second blink to register 90% of the time(also can't use the addon where you blink back to your previous location, it simply doesn't register it at all ever). They released the mmr system when I had about 20 hours in. I had had some bad and some good matches despite the unresponsive controls frustration, and then teabagging swf red ranks became an everyday thing. Every second game was someone abusing hitboxes and loops and stuff I didn't even know about, teabagging all game and then calling me a baby killer and "thanks for tutorial" as well as how pathetic they thought I was as a person. I loved every like 3rd game when I genuinely had fun with new and semi-new players (mind you I always give hatch if one person is obviously doing way better than everyone else and must have been frustrated about that themselves) but having to constantly face bully squads really took a toll on me, as it would on anyone, since you can ignore it once, twice, three times, there's assholes in this world and that's that, but when you're constantly gen rushed and your lack of experience and unresponsive controls that sound like a pathetic and unrealistic excuse made the butt of a joke through personal insults when you have never had any intention to do anything but have fun (which was stripped away from you) and help them have fun, over and over and over and over, gets you to literal tears after a while. I actually at one point thought "well they most likely don't want to be matched with me either, it's not their fault I am not good enough to give them an actual challenge", when thinking back on it, they're the same people as the ones who cry and hate it when they can't bully the killer. All I can say is there's a special place in hell for these kids.

A game where there's over 20 characters to choose from but you're forced to play maybe 3 out of the bunch if you wanna win is a bad game. Not even to win, but to have a good time, it's ridiculous. I swear, with each update this game just gets worse and worse.

I put the blame on people just not playing the game as intended. Put random people playing survivors scared of the killer and a killer simply patrolling the map without much thought and the game is a blast. But as soon as people stopped taking the game seriously to min-max strats and bully the killer it just becomes trash. Haven't enjoyed a game of Michael in weeks now, even when I 4k it's not fun anymore because people just act like retards and I have to tryhard every game, can't try fun builds or anything. Low ranks are super fun, once you hit purple as killer you might as well just wait 2 rank resets.

@@dearcastiel4667 exactly! This game was built on the survivors being afraid of the killer hence pressure on the gens from the killer simply walking around. However, eventually, survivors eventually get used to killers and start abusing stuff. I hate the power shift. The killer was supposed to be an all powerful killing machine. But instead killers are at the mercy of the survivors

I had some decent matches with the new MMR, but I didn't play my Main (Freddy), so I don't know how my match would have looked like. Probably similar or even worse lol. What I fear is, that if you get high MMR as survivor, you will only vs God Nurses and sweaty Spirits or killers you will just stomp. Whereas as killer, if you main a non top tier killer you are screwed with MMR because you will get insane teams.

That was a rough match. A combination of the survivors know what they're doing and Myers early game weakness, at the high level. Better hope they tweak the mmr, or these matches are gonna be all sweat city for veterans of the game.

I've put around 300 hours into this game had fun till the new update last 3 matches lucky to get 1k out of the four matches i had gens are finished within five minutes yeah fuck it I'm done with this and I'm sorry this is supposed to be a horror game survivor's get to many chances I can see this game going the same direction as friday the 13th

My sbm experience was hilarious :D I played trapper for the first time after like one year and got matched with rank 20 survs. As rank 1 killer :D. I wonder if they had as much fun as i did. But it shows the weakness of this system. If you played nurse or spirit for like 5k hours and try a new killer, i feel bad for the survs you get matched with. They should somehow include your overall killer experience in the matchmaking progress to make it more fair

I swear it's been the worse. I SWF but we aren't toxic or anything or even good at the game. We are very casual players but we've been getting OP Add on Sprits and Freddies. It's been ridiculous. Even had a Bubba call us toxic swf gen rushers...when we were stuck at 4 gens for half the game...

I play with my friend and his brother and out of us I play dbd the most and it's fun cause i am in low ranks as survivor so it's me just trying to get them to survive and laughing alot versus when I play killer I'm higher ranked and there's no joy for the most part just sweating because almost every game I get is a full squad with no sense of fun

They need to change gens. If u need the same amount of time for doing a gen, that the Killer needs for getting 1 hit in a strong area, u cant win the game and u cant balance this game anymore. Rank 20 is completely killer sided most of the time, but rank 1 is completely survivor sided and they wont nerf loops. Rank 20s just throw the strong pallet and run into a dead zone, Rank 1s play around it until they have to throw the pallet or until u leave them.

I'm one of those PC-based killer mains who only play once a month, a midrank player at best. My win rate is boosted by rank resets & gameplay vs. mid to low tier console SWF & solos. MMR is going make it unfun, unplayable for me for who knows how long to get me where 2.5 kills average per game feels achievable and not a soul-crushing, depression triggering dive into hopelessness.

MMR was absolutely amazing for me. But I am so sorry for all my favorite creators. At the 800 hour mark, I got nothing but survivors between 500 and 1200 hours. All my games were fun. If I won or lost, it was competitive and I learned. I got to play killers that I never touched. I played my first huntress game. I played clown for the first time since rework. I played trapper. And it was all competitive. It's like... I want MMR so bad because I played so much and didn't stop having fun, but all my favorite creators had such a bad time.0

MMR might kill the game tbh they will lose anyone with over 1000 hours. As survivor it means almost exclusively Spirits and Nurse and as killer it mean always 4 man triple toolbox swfs. Definetly content creator are gonna suffer from this. The game is too unbalanced to have mmr in it

@@withersheep9009 Exactly. It felt like a step, but not the step. There has to be some sort of middle ground. Like, as it stands, I can't really deviate from the three or four killers I'm good at during primetime because all I ever get are 6k hour SWFs during prime. If I play during off-time, I can do anything I want. With MMR, yeah, I had a great time, but I see, far and wide, that is almost never the case. It was very nice to be able to play characters that were level 1 with just base perks at rank 1 which is really just not an option if I want to have fun. I just don't know what kind of middle ground they can find other than "be better at their jobs"

Scott said this pretty well. Sweaty swfs aren´t playing the game, they´re playing a cutscene. The only thing they get from it is sadistic joy of making a killer player miserable, that´s it. Since the gameplay is always the same, gameplay ain´t what they´re after. Only ones who have hope against sweaty swfs are God Nurses, Stacked Spirits or Good map offering Hags. Those are literally the only viable killers at high level play.

For high mmr they can just put that if you're in a party certain perks are nerfed like object you can only see the killer for 5 secs and it last 80 seconds for the next try or something similar or it can just be disabled it would help alot i've played with object and it really is just 50/50 most times in maps object is useless and plays against you many killers use aura hiding perks
