I have trouble with Owen’s works, I’m just not all that bright I guess. But I’d love to read Dr Beeke’s introduction to this volume, for sure. I’m working through Dr Beeke’s A Puritan Theology book and study guide and it’s phenomenal.

@@Soul_Surfer365 I am learning quite a bit from it, yes. I also bought the DVD set The Puritans: All of Life to the Glory of God, from Media Gratiae, and I have really enjoyed that as well.

I have started reading Owens’ work from Puritan Paperbacks. They’re all made easy to read and they have been a game changer for me. Start with Communion with God

Can't we just interchange the word Puritan with Christian? What's the difference?
