🫏 He says “I’m just an old donkey” but donkeys are God’s favorite animals! Donkeys carried Mary when she was on the way to Bethlehem, donkeys carried the Holy Family to Egypt, and most importantly - donkeys carried Jesus into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday and Jesus SPECIFICALLY requested a donkey. In fact, donkeys are the only animals in the Bible that God allowed to speak (Balaam’s ass) AND God loves donkeys so much that He imprinted a cross on their backs in recognition of their humble service. Each Palm Sunday, I used to go to a nearby farm and feed the donkeys special treats to thank them for loving God so much! 🫏

Agree! Something very similar like this occurred to me upon watching this heartfelt and touching video, likewise. Not going to lie, but being one of my all-time iconic childhood favorite characters, I occasionally have a grand deal worth in common with Eeyore... which only doubled since joining my own current church family some few short years ago. In where, sometimes, feel as if I'm in the way, or a burden to others, who don't feel like I belong with everyone there... now more so than ever after messing up so badly this year. And to be further honest, I don't always quite feel completely forgiven for the mistakes that I unintentionally caused for a lot of us; and I do my level best not to let it defeat me completely, regardless of the endless suffering that I have to endure. Just watching videos like this alone makes all the difference for me. Because when Jesus was speaking to Eeyore, it was like he was speaking directly to me, as well. Yes, I'm tied that very much close with the little discouraging Disney donkey. And it's humbling times like this when I'm glad that I am. 😊💕🙏🏼

Nope. This statement is evidence of how we all miss it. And when I say we, I don't mean me at all. Because I don't work to minimize the struggles of others. See, the whole reality and point of Eeyore is that he is always in this state. He is not this way because he just lost a loved one or lost a job or because someone was bad to him or because he just didn't get his way.. He is like this all the time. What you just did is like comparing the experience of playing in a hot rain storm to drowning in the cold undertow of a tidal wave. So, No. Everyone does not feel like this sometimes. This is not a sometimes reality. And we are only just beginning to see and understand this.

If you asked Him for a sign then this most likely was it. I lost my grandma on Nov 1, 2024 and I also asked God to please give me a sign she was with Him. Well my grandpa ended up having a dream where he saw her in a beautiful white wedding dress and she was walking away from him into a beautiful light. But because he has an issue with one of his legs he couldn’t catch up with her. And then he woke up. I knew this was my sign that she had gone on to celebrate in Heaven with our Lord at His wedding supper 🙏🏽✝️🕊️🤍. I will see her again one day & so will you see Ashlee as well. God bless ❤️

You want me to identify myself with Jesus Christ, all that He did, abd who is, The God of all creation ? I looked up the word identify. It means that you are similar and have understanding of something or someone. We know that Jesus paid an awful price for our salvation. He gave up His own life in exchange for ours, when He took our place on the cross. Man is imperfect at his best and cannot fathom all that his Creator is and does, even His children. Just like children must place their trust in their parents for all they do not understand, we must place our trust in our Heavenly Father for the same. But who can know the mind of GOD ? Certainly not you or me.

I love helping people. Helping people makes me happy. People are never a burden. Sometimes the best thing in the world is someone to sit quietly with. Sometimes we need someone who doesn't give advice and doesn't help. Just someone to sit with. 🫂❤️ Sometimes I feel like I'm too much. Like I try to help too much. Eeyore was my jam when I was little. I always felt him. Kind of a depressive kid. Grew up in the 80s. Come a long ways. Still have depressive moments but nothing like as I was a kid.

Happiness is Jesus Christ. Is always him. In him we find the fulfillment of all emptiness that we go through in our lives. Always have him embracing in your whole life and we are always so lucky to have him in every suffering we pass through. HE IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE.

I can't believe I found this today thank you God.Ive always suffered with depression...but it got much better and I saw the sun again in 2023-beginning of 2024.Now at the end of 2024 I fell into a deep depression in my thoughts due to stress.

I have always felt like Eeyore even as a kid. It's not knowing how to feel and for who it was meant for when I was a child, being a writer made me feel more but I wrote about it. I have had my ups and downs. I'm still here. I got to the point where I evolved, I grew up to be more than I am or was for me. I knew I was different always knowing my path of being a writer. I don't do a lot like my family does. The difference between an Extrovert and an introvert that I am. I put my faith, trust and hope into what I know, how I live and be acceptable and understanding to my family, my small group of friends and those who I grew up with. I know my purpose. I know my life is not meant for others. It's mine. Still I'm dealing several personality traits and mental illnesses yet my heart is intact. I know mine when your life is not mine and nice versa, I walk on and forward with the wisdom, insight and meditative means to not just grow, I have evolved to be the person I am today.
