The moment everything changed | My perimenopause story

The lightbulb moment that changed everything for me: “I think I’ve got my wife back”.
It took me over four years to get a perimenopause diagnosis. I was misdiagnosed again and again before I finally found the answer.
And my story is far from unique, unfortunately!
There is still so much misinformation and lack of awareness around the perimenopause and menopause.
My experience inspired me to create The Latte Lounge platform, 7 years ago, to be a place of support and trusted information, for those going through something similar.

Katie, I went through the same experience. I waited 9 years to receive help!!!! The women that breeze through the menopause have no idea how lucky they are!!!
