He got a yellow for cussing at the reff earlier so he already was not a fan. Then he got overly excited too early and disrespected the other team and a whole nation really. A yellow card was warranted. I see no wrongdoing in the decision.

Alireza Faghani ( the ref ) is one of the best referees in the world, probably the best one in Asia (referring 2 WC2022 matches and WC2018 third place ). the decision was completely correct.
