That is certainly one perspective. But cash itself is debt. That’s why US currency is called US Treasury Notes. A note is a debt (just like a car note or a house note) a treasury note is a debt to the government.

I got a 30,000 dollar bank loan at 13 percent and invested it. A few months ago. That 30,000 dollar payment is 713.74 a month. That 30,000 dollar loan invested has already made me close to a million dollars.
