Velocity banking is sort of what he's talking about. I also watch a lady here on KZbin called Vaantastic. She is a Christian and she teaches how to use credit cards, personal lines of credit, or home equity lines of credit to get out of debt. She uses actual numbers and incomes to help people.

I would suggest start by reading Robert Kiyosaki book "Rich dad Poor Dad" and playing his board game "Cashflow" it helps gameify being entrepreneur and steps in maneuvering through it

Definitely agree with the assessment on leveraging your assets to create revenue streams. But I vehemently disagree with creating debt to create income. Debt is death.

That is certainly one perspective. But cash itself is debt. That’s why US currency is called US Treasury Notes. A note is a debt (just like a car note or a house note) a treasury note is a debt to the government.
