Greetings from New Mexico! I don't know if you have ever been out here but it's a motorheads Mecca.Currently, I have a 2019 BMW 330i rear wheel drive sedan, and a 2016 Jaguar F-Type S roadster.Haha! I am thinking about selling them both and getting your exact car. The Italian styling flair is stunning. The Montreal Verde Alfa Quadrifoglio must be the most underrated sports sedan out there.The enormous use of carbon fiber and the way the V6 shuts down to 3 cylinders is truly remarkable. We do alot of road trips out here. The sheer size of these states like New Mexico, Utah, Arizona, Colorado make driving long distances a complete joy. I have really enjoyed the UK for many, many years with my travels. Your videos are unique and show that you are a true gearhead. It would be really cool to hear back from you.

Wow. I’ve still got my old 35mm Zenith from that era as well. Not sure I could afford the film let alone the processing. These fujis from the last decade are worth a look for their in camera film simulations. Anything with an X Trans 1 or 2 sensor is just so organic and film like. 👍

Yes it used the 50mm Helios 44-2 which I’ve now adapted to my digital cameras. It’s just that awesome swirly bokeh.

Some beautiful images there Ed, shows how much you enjoy both photography and the Quad. I have the green on my Tonale, it truly is gorgeous to look at. The colour at dusk is indeed perfect, well captured!

Not many know this but the Tonale and the new Giulias are a slightly different green. Yours is a pearl coat (code 398) whereas the old Giulias (pre 2024) are a tri coat (code 646) . Very similar though and really stands out. 😁👍💚

I advise you as your automotive consultant to remove yourself from the internet and go sit in a dark room! It’s a very slippery slope. I was so hoping to get this year but I’ll either be in Denver or Philly on Sunday. I did get to the Italian day at Brands though last weekend. As a racer myself it was awesome to get into the pits and see Michael’s old Jordan. Perhaps I’ll get next year. I do try to get to Bicester heritage as often as I can as it’s not too far away. I’m also a part of ROADSTR but haven’t organised a drive out yet. That might be fun. Ed
