The "bunny" ones also remind me of "Where the Wild Things Are," see LadyDragonsblood's comment below and the ice cream skeleton reminds me of Sans from Undertale. That said, favorite dessert is the caramel Napoleon but favorite monster is the chef. That set of pastry "wings" he has are also called "elephant ears."

Palmier is the French word for what's most commonly called an elephant ear in the US (you can get them at Panera Bread). And since it's French, you almost don't say the r at all. Palm-ee-eh. Same for Fraisier. Fray-see-eh. Both have like the barest hint of an r at the end. Also, I had to look up a Napoleon cake, I know it as Mille-feuille.

Palmiers are almost like fillo dough cookies that are shaped like palm trees and that's what palmiers means in french (don't think i am spelling that right ). They are delicious ! Another GREAT video S. and P. thank you 💓
