You forgot to mention that NTR is Canadian company with 15% withholding Canadian tax on dividends ( unless it's in IRA account).

Love that farmland indeed. Fertilizers is a tricky thing, however. Unusually flat and sometimes overproduction kicks the share prices down bad. Nice picks 👌🏽

Thanks Samuel for another video with investment ideas. Does $FPI actually have a P/FFO of 50??? If so not really undervalued IMHO. I think I'll pass. $NTR I'll have to look into further. Not looking too impressive on Fastgraphs. Doesn’t look like much growth is anticipated. Thanks for the video!

We explain in the video why FPI is deeply undervalued even though its cash flow isn't that strong. As for NTR, it is a cyclical business. Buy low, be patient, and then sell high. Collect the dividend while you wait.
