我大学辅修了一门非常莫名其妙的时间管理课程,和我自己专业一点都没有关系,但是学到了一条至今受用的对抗拖延症的法宝----拆分任务并且挑最简单的那一件开始行动起来----然后完成任务的满足感足以推动你去做下一个稍微复杂一点的任务。。。最后你自然而然就会从重度拖延状态变成做完一堆事情并且心情愉悦。

因为想让自己变好的想法本质是否定自己当下的生活状况。即未来是好的,当下是不好的。然而,每一个当下都有其形成的必然,是个体应对创伤和压力的防御方式的一部分。因此,尝试脱离当下的生活状况,意味着之前没有处理的伤痛会因为生活状态的改变而变得更加清楚明显,你的痛苦也会增加。这些痛苦会成为阻止你“变好”的阻力。你越是改变得彻底,越会体验到更剧烈的痛苦。所以为了不要对抗本能,可以告诉自己每次就改变很少很少的一点点,积跬步就好。

這跟人的自我實現有關係,有些人的目標比較遠、就需要訂計畫、分成每週或每月一步步做。 而當你每天需要上學或工作、一天中多數時間被佔去、下班又還有短影片等著消耗剩下的碎片化時間的時候 就會體驗到「明明有想做的事、卻騰不出時間做」的感覺 我認為這類影片就是為此存在的 此外目標也不是非得對物種或社會有什麼偉大貢獻不可,就是看個人喜好,至少我制定的目標都是對我自己而言有意義的事 但很多時候我們都會不小心把自己清楚該做的事給拖著、或乾脆忘個乾淨。時間到了以後才開始後悔自己為什麼當初沒有去做。我也不知道為什麼會有這種明明理性上想做、卻被生理上抗拒的事。 而這實在是有點令人困擾 這就是為什麼我們會點開這支影片

赞了赞了,别说我拖延了,只有我可以说我拖延其他人不可以。up讲的很好,我自己在pad上手写了笔记,写到问自己的问题时直接就把自己的答案写下来了,至少感觉清晰一些了,也不怕了,恐惧来自于未知,无法行动来自于对内心的无知,谢谢你up,我迈开了第一步,如果有一天我又止步不前了,我就再看一遍笔记,再回答一遍问题❤️

但是有些事你沒做過,不會知道自己喜不喜歡, 這是我自己的親身經歷, 以前很討厭當業務, 結果遇到不錯的主管就嘗試了一下,才發現自己超適合, 也因為這樣開始願意多去逼自己試一下新事物, 想說真的不喜歡就放棄, 不過通常試了都沒有後悔

我之前努力上班,把主管交代的專案弄完,只得到一句做的好,還有一個大餅公司有賺錢會加薪給福利,從這之後發現找個看似很有道理的藉口拖延工作真的超爽,上班看漫畫時不時去廁所滑手機,反正也買不起房養不起小孩,當初那麼認真卻只能吃大餅,後悔的是當初幹嘛不直接耍廢就好
