We are two beings. Inner Being and Human Being. We (inner beings) came here to allow ourselves the ability to experience joy by mixing it up with the Human being while here in this physical body to unite them and create desires and then manifest those desires by turning thoughts into things. The HUMAN being chooses what we want based on the contrast we observe. Then the inner being becomes that which we want and it is up to our human being to get on the same frequency in order for the desire to manifest into our physical experience. Rinse and repeat for another subject of another form of contrast. Humans choose what we want and our Inner Being guides us toward it, so it will manifest.

That was soooooo much fun...can't stop smiling...my cheeks are beginning to hurt...lol! 😁😂🤣 I'm thoroughly enjoying recognising and releasing negative thought patterns...some came back soo quickly, like out of one ear and back in by the other...it was fun...seeing how quickly I could shift my focus, so I didn't attract it back...I'm still playing with it...there's no beating myself up when an unwanted thought shows up again...I just say to myself 'game on' and let my mind play with it a bit, before shifting my attention completely...helps that I'm creative, I've always got a 'go to' project to focus my attention on...feel soo blessed right now... I like analogies. The desire (rockets you launch) is like a spark you start that grows into the fire of manifestation. Once the spark is lit, you actually let the universe manifest the fire for you like a wild fire. You don't "do" anything but light the spark of desire. The thing that douses our fire is when we doubt, second guess, worry. Like constantly moving the coals around which prevents the fire from growing to fruition. I want it (spark), but I might not be able to get it (water). I can do it (spark), but nobody else does it (smothered). Raising your vibration is focusing on things that bring you joy, happiness, peace, acceptance... and less on worry, doubt, regret, anxiety, resistance. Light your fire and don't put it out!

I had that same experience TWICE WITH TWO FORMER RELATIONSHIPS and I was DEVASTATED AND TRIED SO HARD TO WIN THEIR APPROVAL OR AFFECTIONS BACK,,but then I started focusing on ME AND MY LIFE TO DISCOVER WHAT I WAS REALLY ABOUT AND MY INTERESTS WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT EITHER OF THOSE GUYS WHO MOVED ON HAPPILY WITH ANOTHER PERSON....OVER TIME,,I BECAME MORE PLAYFUL & INTRIGUING TO MYSELF and low & behold,both of these men started showing so much interest in me again,,but BY THAT TIME,,,I HAD DISCOVERED SO MANY MORE ENJOYABLE THINGS IN MY LIFE,that both of them seemed VERY BORING TO ME AND UNATTRACTIVE,making me even wonder why I had even paid them any mind...
