Justice is not determined by the length of time it took to deliver judgment. We agree that court works based on the evidence before it. So the petitioners did not provide evidence that INEC promised in writing that the BVAS must be in real time and warned Nigerians to ignore any contrary opinion? How about 25% for Abuja? If the constitution is talking about 37 States, does 2/3 of it (which is 24.67) make any sense? Which State is 0.67? Nigeria should be above this naa! It is not how to build a country anywhere in the world.

It’s not the job of inec to make the electronic transmission of votes mandatory, their job is to perform their duties according to the provisions of the electoral act. The electoral act of 2022 simply made electronic transmission optional hence we shouldn’t be calling out just inec, if inec had an agenda, the constitution was an enabler of that agenda. We mostly do not pay attention more to our lawmakers or call them out for the kind of laws they made, if the lawmakers made the e-transmission of votes mandatory then it would have been a much tougher job for inec to be an enabler of rigging.

seriously if I were a lawyer that spent years in school to read law, I should be ashamed of myself by now, because law school is like a waste of time in Nigeria. what a shame, how will the world see a Nigerian around the world now?
@leslieuduh8020 Жыл бұрын
This is the same reason why Nigerian lawyers have no job outside Nigeria 🇳🇬. Nigerian legal experts have no credibility anywhere in the world.

Law is not an emotional subject. The rule of law governs processes, and all evidence must be factual. You must present sufficient proof in court. The understanding of law is not how the average person interprets legislation. As a result, some lawyers are specialists in diverse areas of law.

If the presumed win by PBAT attracted $40billion proposed investment by a country while he is in India, can you imagine🤔, if Atiku won, it would be $80b and mind bugglying $160b, if PO was the winner. 🤔🤔
@Tirelesswarrior Жыл бұрын
It didn't attract any 40b dollars. It's all media hype for now. Many investors make oral pledges which are subject to much closer scrutiny of our local laws and order, infrastructure, and trade agreements. By year end, we'll know the validity of such pledges.

If PO won there would be dumping ground of Indian fearly used goods or fake things not invest ,if Atiku won he would sell Nigeria ,collect change and run to Dubai not investment,so Tinubu is bringing investment because all his investments are in Nigeria not like those that were hiding their investments in hi-haven ask pandora
