The Kenyan President William Ruto has violated the Kenyan Constitution and legal decisions to send a couple of hundred police officers to Haiti to support security in Haiti. #2 It is estimated that $600 million annually is needed for Kenyan and other international military forces to police Haiti. So far, only $18 million has been submitted to the UN mission for the Haitian security program. There have been multiple news reports questioning where the money will come from to finance the Kenyan police officers in Haiti. President Ruto of Kenya has not provided any, or at least sufficient transparency on Kenyan participation in Haiti. The new taxes by the government of Kenya on common necessities may be the result of President Ruto of Kenya trying to finance the security operations of Kenyan police officers in Haiti. He has personally committed Kenya to the security project in Haiti against opposition by the Kenyan Constitution, the Kenyan Courts, and against public opposition. African leaders are trying to model government and economic policies on primal level style governments in America and Europe where a supposed superior few rule the supposed inferior many. This model of social organization is not democratic, and it is bound to fail every time because people are not animals in the wild.
