Like I LOVE the books so much. But why do a movie then a TV series then cast different people? Like I don't hate the new actors that are going to play the characters on the show. But since the movie came out, I've fallen in love with Jamie and Lilly as Jace and Clary. Anney V none of the movie actors auditioned for their roles again, not to mention some are too busy for the show (like jamie who is in a West End Musical in london at the moment). And they didn't know it would be a potential show. The movie just failed in the box office, so future plans were dropped. We're lucky they decided to try again with a tv show
