Lived without google service on my mate40 pro for about 2 yrs and not an issue. Just preorder the mate50 pro. Was trying out the mate50 pro yesterday and compared to the vivo x80 pro. Prefer the feel of the mate50 pro in my hand.

I'm still using the Mate 20 X, the camera is still amazing.. But my work requires GMS, as much as I'd love to upgrade to the new Mate series, I don't think i can survive without first party GMS..

i luckey to get mate 40 pro plus and its running fine all my apps and games whit apk pure lancher and youtube vanced app. further beast of a phone specialy the camera 10x persicoop running harmony os so i dont need to upgrade for some years

To photographers, the variable aperture from F1.4 - F4.0 is a REVOLUTION feature and you made it sounds like a pariah cat. You should compare the portrait photo taken at F1.4 with other mobile models with a model wearing a headphone or ear rings. The real bokeh rendered by Huawei lenses will blow away all those computational bokeh from other mobiles. Yes of course for other typical rich mobile users, this features will NOT make any sense.
