That location is absolutely perfect! It is within a short walking distance to a grocery store, a pharmacy, a barbing salon, KFC, fuel station, carwash, post office, Starbucks, beer drinking joint and even a school for kids between ages 5 - 13. That's why apartments don't stay empty for too long there! Great review! The CCTV was watching your happy dance at 16:25

I had to watch it again to check 😂😂. About all the perks you mentioned about where the apartment is located, I totally forgot to mention it while shooting the video. I was too carried away by the beauty of the apartment and the gym. The apartment is well centered in a very functional location. There is even a dollarama in the same complex. Amazing.
