This video is focused on the relationship we have with nature and Corona wanted to create a piece of content relating to that connection because without a beautiful beach and clean ocean, there wouldn't be a reason to drink a Corona. Corona is also one of the most sustainable beer brands in the world and they do a lot of great work to protect the environment.

I consider people should focus more on the general idea this video has, on the atmosphere and the wanderlust it brings to your heart. I know I want to pack and travel NOW. I fear the same thing I learned to swim when I was about 12 years old, but my parents never took us swimming or did any swimming since we learned. Several years ago, I went to my friend's cottage and decided to dive in - thinking I would overcome my fear instantly. I feared the unknown, and then I immediately panicked thinking I couldn't swim and froze. Luckily, I grabbed onto the chain holding the dock. My friend threw me a pool noodle and I floated back onto the dock. It was absolutely terrifying. I haven't gone back in the lake since. I have swam around in a pool, but knowing I can touch the floor. Otherwise, my heart starts palpitating again. I hope to overcome this fear like you have. It's quite inspirational.

It's all about breathing. If you hold your breath in fear, you will sink. If you relax and keep your lungs full of air, you will float. From there, you can begin to feel how to move your arms and legs into swimming motions. Stick to a pool at first, dark water is intimidating even for experienced swimmers.

This is a life lived. Love it. The first time I went scuba diving at age 11 I was blew away. This was another world. After that day I would dive from 7am till near dark...and this was in the Irish sea it's so cold and dangerous too. I can only imagine learning to free dive and living that life.. such a blessing.

When diving, free diving or Scuba, there is a different mental plane you get on. As one of the people said he uses it as a way to escape the noise/chaos of normal life about water. The ocean (water in general) has a way of letting you drop all concerns and just be in the moment. I've been a diver since 1982, taught Scuba from 1990 to 2005. Just something about it that makes everything else bearable.

Well done Camilla, great video. I have been freediving since Oct 2018, and when I first started I was so afraid of the ocean, but it's beauty intrigued me. I live freediving because as you mentioned it's the last quiet place on earthd it's my quiet place to meditate and feel the presence of my creator. Have you ever Freedived through kelp forests? I just love it. We have the most beautiful Kelp forests in Cape Town, South Africa.

It was in Derawan Islands and Labuan Cermin, the stingless jellyfish is specifically in Kakaban (part of Derawan), and you can find whalesharks as well as manta ray there.
