Thank you so much for making this video! I was one of the four individual litigants for a 10 year lawsuit against the Federal government in order to protect Box Canyon. (We won!😄) Now I'm terribly arthritic and miss the canyon and kayaking to Blue Heart SO MUCH! I shared with my nephew who's never been here (I live downriver in the canyon below Bliss). Because of your effort I can say...see? See??? Blue Heart was pure white sand and blue water when I was young. The vegetation is the result of local dairy and fish hatchery run offs that added nutrients to the river. Still... it's still magical. A cold swim on a hot day, used to be always just you and your friends. If you hike the canyon trail in the summer you will meet rattle snakes...so be on guard and walk with a snake stick. Thank you, again!

You’re one of the most genuine KZbinr in this genre . Don’t change. I stopped watching other similar channels after figuring out that they are full of crap. The other youtubers would be selling us the $150 crocs and whatever new product that they all seem to only use for one video. Kudos to you and safe travels. Cheers

Beautiful places here. That spring kayak trip was wonderful. Too bad the wind made so many ripples that you couldn't see a completely clear shot of the water as you were paddling. None the less it is a gorgeous area. Thanks.

One of my favorite videos to date. Haven’t been to box canyon or blue heart springs in years so it was especially nice to see the drone footage. I grew up in the Buhl area. Had never been to the three island crossing. They used to do a reenactment of the crossing every year. That stopped a long time ago. I think someone was actually killed. The craters were completely new to me. Really enjoy your videos and all the information. Keep up the awesome work. Have a fun holiday weekend

Great video Tristan. Having Blue Heart Springs to yourself, mostly, that's some kind of miracle. Three Island Crossing is great to visit. I loved the interpretive center. It told a great story and didn't gloss over the history. It told the good and the bad of that area. If you camp at the park though you need white nose machine. Trains pass by the park all through the night and blast their horns.

Great video! I’ve rappelled into and got into more poison ivy & stinging nettle than I can count in box canyon, before it became a state park. I need to checkout your other YT channel because we couldn’t cast into the springs without catching a fish, probably because of the fishery across the river. I’m also impressed by your crater visit. That is a rough trail, even in a 4Runner.
