I think JCD had mentioned in another video about why it wasn't a top boss monster. 1st was because of how hard it is to summon, needing a dark tuner with a high negative level, and 2nd was because there wouldn't be a lot or enough dark monsters that you could dump into the grave for hundred eyes to take advantage of.

I will never forget the time I tried to get one of my friends into Yu-Gi-Oh and tried to get him on timelords. It took a while but i managed to do it. So at the end I asked him if he had any other questions and he looks at me dead in the eye and says yeah, why do they all look like Mr. Electric from that one Disney movie and since then I have never been able to unsee it.

One big honorable mention to this list should be Chaos End Ruler: Ruler of the Begining and of the End. His stats are 3500 attack and 2000 defense, his summoning condition is to banish a light warrio and a dark fiend from the grave (so a less generic BLS/CED), his summon cannot be answered to so no Solem Judgement to just say no to him, and his effect is to pay 1000 life points to banish your opponent's entire field, grave, and hand and then burn him for 500 for his card banished. Because you know, destroying or sending an entire hand wasn't good enough for him since gy effects are a thing, he had to banish it all instead. Oh and it also was never used in the anime, it was just part of an exhibit of legendary cards in episode 11 of ZeXal. I mean, it makes sense, that thing is so stupidly op after all.

@@andrejv.2834 With all the bs egyptian gods can do, I'd argue they are game winning. Once you get one on the field, your opponent's ways of removing them are very limited and they all do very hefty damage. If you manage to get Obelisk's effect off, that's basically game. And most of them, outside the egyptian gods, aren't really that hard to get on the field, even if we're going by tcg cards.

@@LowReedExpert1 when Joey dueled odion he got outplayed and odion was about to finish him off but marik made him summon the counterfeit RA, and when Joey dueled marik , marik thought he was weak so instead of trying to win he just was torturing him untill he couldn’t take it anymore. Mai is the only one the actually outplayed him even tho he was more interested in tryna torture her than win

Actually, if you look at the cards Joey and Marik played in their duel and when they had them, Joey legit should have won. Marik acted like he was holding back, but if anything, he was mostly using optimal plays for the cards he had. The exception was not attacking Joey's Scapegoats, but the first time he avoided doing so, it would have forced Joey to summon Jinzo at his first chance which would have made Marik lose sooner. The second time he actually needed Joey to have a Scapegoat to sacrifice for Panther Warrior, so that Joey would reduce Drillago's attack which would let Marik activate his card that let him refill his entire hand. Joey was holding back (due to being overly cautious) at least as much as Marik.

One of my favorite things in the OCG/TCG are cards based off of situations in the anime. Like how Honesty Neos is Neos when Jaden used Honest on him. The one card I ALWAYS wanted was a monster based on Ra fused with Marik/you. Yeah there’s Sun God Unification but I want an actual fusion monster that can only be summoned by tributing Ra with the life point ATK boost.

In the case of exodia necroz, it can't die to card effects but it is still effective by them. So imagine if kaiba just used bottles trap hole or sword and shield amd gozobora dies very easily

Remember the Extra Link? It's strange because it went from being irrelavent to game breaking to irrelavent again. The main problem is that, with the effort to make it, Extra Linking would be either just for flexing or ending the game on the spot. Requiring 5 Link Monsters in formation means the mechanic is something that takes so much effort to manifest, that it can only be reliably done on turn 1. Using both Extra Monster Zones sounds cool but is unneeded. Topologic Gumblar Dragon is the only card in the game to have an effect that even mentions the Extra Link, again showing that it is not worth the effort or will end the game on the spot.

As a native speaker I can tell you that the English "Gotterdammerung" is a bit well special. It's the German word but spelled out wrong. If you look at the German card name "Götterdämmerung" you can see o umlaut and a umlaut (which is the correct German word) ^^ but as the word is written as Gotterdammerung your pronounciation is correct :)

Fyi, the magic the gathering legend rule applying to both players at once got removed in 2013 They kept going back and forth on whether if you have one legend opponent can't play it, or if maybe when you have a legend and opponent plays one they both get blown up (an interaction that was hellish back in the mercadian masques format in 2000) or a couple other variations, before finally settling in just letting both players each play their own copy of a given legend but if you play a second copy you need to pick and sacrifice one of your two legends

Could you make a Video about the Broken anime Spells? There are actually a lot of them, Treasure of the Heaven (Both players draw until have 6), Altar of Restoration (Banish face down 2 cards of your deck, then add 1 card from your grave to your hand), The Pillager (Look at your opponent's Hand, add to your hand one of those cards), Double Spell (The first time It was used its effect was that you can activate as many spell cards that your opponent used last turn).

Only one of the barian numbers does anything during the opponent's turn and if you want to use the anime seventh one's funny text which lets you rank a 10X number into one higher than it, so like c101 into beatrice or 107 into vfd if you don't care about the banlist for example, and no opt restrictions to blind second you're better off just using the normal numbers

Most of these monsters are pretty bad, good in theory but basically unplayable in the context of the tcg Gumblar and 99 would be the only good ones in the tcg, especially gumblar Actual broken anime bosses are utopia beyond, especially with the new utopia support and in vw, number 69 is pretty nice too, anime shock master if you want to count it, zarc is actually summonable and more broken than in the tcg, c107 can do some pretty funny stuff too and there are probably a few more numbers, zexal had a lot of broken stuff
